1. Get your ingredients

  • 1½C (8 oz) masa harina (pre-treated corn flour for tortillas)
    See below for the brands I like.

  • salt

2. Gather your equipment

  • large bowl for making dough

  • quart-sized plastic zipper lock bag

  • scissors

  • measuring cups

  • measuring spoons

  • glass storage container

  • 10” or 12” nonstick skillet

  • flat, rigid spatula (nonstick-safe)

  • clean kitchen towel

  • plate
