Guacamole & Horchata

1. Get your ingredients
For 1 serving of guacamole
1 clove garlic
1 lime
1 avocado
1T cilantro
Tortilla chips
For 6 cups horchata
1C long-grain white rice
1C slivered almonds
⅔C organic white sugar
1½t vanilla extract
1t cinnamon, stick or ground (preferably Mexican)
2C oat milk
2. Gather your equipment
Microplane (or fine grater)
Citrus juicer
Chef’s knife
Cutting board
Clean kitchen towel
Fork & large spoon from silverware set
Blender
Measuring spoons
Measuring cups
2-cup liquid measuring cup
Electric spice grinder (if using whole cinnamon stick)
Fine mesh strainer (optional)
