Holiday Pie Baking

Sunday, December 8
2-5 PM
Neuhaus residence

Hello MTS parents!

As we approach the school breaks, it becomes important for kids to have time to be independent.

Which is why I’m pleased to offer a baking class designed specifically to meet that need during the end of the year. Parents need time to themselves (holiday shopping, coffee break, breathing), and students need something besides screens and fighting with siblings.

During our time together, students will learn fundamental baking skills, engage with kids their age, and bring home new recipes.

To enroll, the process is simple:

  1. Look over class details below.

  2. Register here.

  3. Enjoy a break while your child learns fun, plant-based baking.

If you would like a break and want to provide enrichment for your child, this is a fantastic opportunity. But you'll need to act fast, as there are only 12 spots available. They’ll fill up quickly!

What we’ll make

  • Easy pie dough from scratch

  • Apple pie with crumble topping

  • Mixed berry pie with lattice top

Each student will get to bring home a pie like the one pictured here. I will provide them with printed copies of our recipes. Digital copies will also be available to parents.
