3. Gather your equipment
Kid chef’s knife (you can buy the one I recommend here)
Cutting board
Clean kitchen towel to tidy cutting board
2nd clean towel for drying kale
Medium bowl for trash and scraps
Large bowl for seasoning kale
Fine grater or Microplane
Small bowl for yogurt sauce
2 sheet pans/cookie sheets
Measuring spoons
Flat, rigid spatula for kale
