Kale Chips with Parsley-Lemon Yogurt Dip

2. Get your ingredients

3. Gather your equipment

  • Kid chef’s knife (you can buy the one I recommend here)

  • Cutting board

  • Clean kitchen towel to tidy cutting board

  • 2nd clean towel for drying kale

  • Medium bowl for trash and scraps

  • Large bowl for seasoning kale

  • Fine grater or Microplane

  • Small bowl for yogurt sauce

  • 2 sheet pans/cookie sheets

  • Measuring spoons

  • Flat, rigid spatula for kale
