At the end of this extra long summer, there aren’t any summer camps being offered…
Which is why I’m pleased to offer a cooking camp designed specifically for MTS students!
During our time together, students will learn fundamental cooking skills, create some incredible lunches, and bring home new recipes.

Students will learn how to make and roll sushi! Everybody will be able to customize and create their perfect dream rolls.

Street Tacos

Street tacos are typically meat-driven, so are you out of luck if you don’t eat meat? Absolutely not! Students will learn my extensively developed meat-free replications of traditional meats, plus homemade salsas and corn tortillas from scratch.

Thai food is full of bold flavors that can seem daunting to create at home. But you can make an amazing Thai meal with ingredients easily found at an American supermarket. Students will learn some restaurant favorites and exciting ways to eat lots of veggies!

There aren’t many things more fun than homemade pizza. But it can easily go more wrong than right. Students will learn how to make extremely simple pizza dough that will behave when it comes time to stretch and bake. Pizza night is about to get much more fun.

Camp will be held in my home kitchen. Park in the lot 365 Academy of Baseball (700 A St.), and I will meet you to let you into the apartment complex.
