Gather your ingredients and kitchen tools, then cook with me in real time, and enjoy a delicious meal by the end of our class.

1. Get your ingredients

  • All-purpose flour

  • Organic white sugar

  • Baking powder

  • Baking soda

  • Salt

  • Oat milk

  • 1 lemon

  • Plant-based butter (this one is my favorite)

  • Maple syrup

Optional fun topping ideas

  • walnuts or pecans

  • bananas

  • lemon zest

  • shredded coconut

  • apples

  • cinnamon

  • chocolate chips

2. Gather your equipment

  • Large mixing bowl

  • Whisk

  • Measuring spoons

  • Glass measuring cup (2C)

  • Paring knife

  • 12” nonstick pan

  • Citrus juicer (optional)

  • Kitchen scale (optional)

  • Fine grater (optional)
