These super easy Indian-spiced chickpeas are packed with tons of protein—even in the sauce!
You’ll learn a simple preparation method to make the most protein-dense plant-based ingredient: tempeh.

$175 is a lot for a cooking class
But DoorDash is 10X more
I wanted to break down the savings you will experience after taking my class, so I did a cost analysis for the insanely protein-packed butter chickpeas. I compared them to ordering a similar (less protein) dish from Lotus via DoorDash.
At first glance, these look pretty close. That is, until you realize the homemade version makes a GIANT pot that contains 8 servings. That brings the cost to $2.39 per serving. Literally saving you $21.70 compared to delivery. $21.70 × 8 = $173.60
If you cook the butter chickpeas once, you’ll have paid for the class.
