During our time together, students will learn fundamental cooking skills, create an incredible lunch, and bring home new recipes.

Street tacos are typically meat-driven, so are you out of luck if you don’t eat meat? Absolutely not! Students will learn my extensively developed meat-free replications of traditional meats, plus homemade salsas and corn tortillas from scratch.
