1. Get your ingredients

  • 2 mangoes (1 green, 1 ripe)

  • 1 English cucumber

  • Fresh cilantro

  • Fresh mint

  • 2 red bell pepper

  • Romaine lettuce

  • Sweet chili sauce

  • Yellow onion

  • Carrot

  • Zucchini

  • Eggplant

  • 1 pkg super firm tofu

  • Red curry paste

  • 2 cans coconut milk

  • Rice paper

  • Thai sticky rice

  • White sugar

2. Gather your equipment

  • Chef’s knife

  • Cutting board

  • Medium bowl for trash and scraps

  • Clean kitchen towel

  • Vegetable peeler

  • Dry measuring cups

  • Measuring spoons

  • 12” sauté pan

  • Silicone spatula

  • Whisk

  • Large heatproof bowl

  • A pot with lid that can fit the above bowl
