What is this whole thing?

You are in the right place.

Tabula is a place to be if you are curious about eating more plant-based but have no idea where to start. It’s a place where you can find encouragement, inspiration, and step-by-step guidance toward experiencing food that tastes amazing and makes you feel great—both your body and your conscience.

You know that feeling of eating food that isn’t good for you and being left with a heaviness in your stomach. You know that feeling of trying to eat more local and grass-fed but never knowing if it’s making a difference.

We’re all trying our best to do the right thing.

Really delicious plant-based food is the answer.

You shouldn’t have to choose between healthy and delicious. Good news: you don’t have to anymore.

You’ll make amazing food that you haven’t experienced before. Food that is pleasurable without guilt. Food that makes your stomach happy and your conscience clear. Food shouldn’t hurt anybody—neither ourselves nor animals. This is the food that will heal you and our planet simultaneously.

The foods you’ll cook are 100% plant-based and 100% delicious.

This is not the old-school veganism that your weird aunt did in the 80’s. It’s not plain tofu and quinoa and making clothing out of recycled shopping bags.

You don’t have to join a cult and give up being normal. You’ll just learn how to make your favorite foods without animals being part of the process. It’s that simple.

These video courses remove all of the guesswork.

I’ll walk alongside you from the grocery store to the dinner table as you create new foods. You can start here even if you’ve never cooked anything.

  • I’ll show you what you need to buy at the store. Like, actually show you.
    [see what I mean →]

  • I’ll show you what pieces of cooking equipment you’ll need.

  • I’ll give you the recipes. They’re the IKEA instructions of recipes.
    [check it out →]

  • I’ll show you every step of the cooking process in detailed, slow-paced instructional videos.
