Why team building through cooking?

Cooking together naturally creates positive connections.

Food inherently brings people together, so it is the perfect activity for your team building event. Your team will be able to connect with one another in a fun environment outside of the workplace and have a tangible product (an amazing plant-based meal) at the end of our time together.

 

How it Works

Before the event:

  1. Choose a location: Hold an event in your office, a host home, or rented venue kitchen (venue rental not included in price).

  2. Choose a menu: Choose an existing menu or allow me to design a custom one for you (extra charge)—making accommodations for dietary restrictions and allergies.

  3. Choose a class format: Your team can sit and eat together after all the food is prepared, or participants can eat while standing as each dish is completed.

  4. Get a final guest count.

During the event:

Chef Mark will provide the following:

  1. All of the ingredients we’ll need to make the menu

  2. All of the required cooking equipment

  3. Printouts of the flowchart-style recipes for participants (see example below)

  4. Serving dishes and utensils

  5. Compostable plates, utensils, and napkins

After the event:

  1. Guests will continue to relax and eat together while Chef Mark cleans and makes the space spotless.

  2. Guests will have the opportunity to share their email address to receive PDF versions of the recipes.

  3. The host will pay any outstanding balance.
